  Sorely disappointed in their service and expertise. When they first returned the computer to me, the fellow said that everything on the computer would look and be exactly the same as before. It wasn't! Not only did they wipe out all my documents, but my photos as well., "They couldn't find them" after looking into it after my second visit ... No apology, refund or contriteness whatsoever. How disappointing after spending $100+ for help and service. Evidently they didn't think it was necessary to react since I told them I had most of the files backed up. Professional?
