  As a very frequent shopper of this store, my mom and I were just in each making large purchases and had terrible, unacceptable customer service. My issue had to be escalated to the on-duty store manager, Coco who suggested that my request (of a small discount on a damaged item) “would be fine if it was in her home” implying that my standards were too high and in this discussion used a very inappropriate, condescending tone. Further, my mom purchased a bedding set, when walking out of the store the sensors went off, their immediate suggestion was that she didn’t pay for it, despite her standing there with a receipt in hand. After this experience I don’t know that I will be visiting this store in the future and would caution others as well.
